Information - About Brodpod

The BrodPod is a unique magnetic chip designed to reduce pain and fatigue (including muscle fatigue), assist healing and relieve headaches whilst also helping to combat the chaotic man-made electromagnetic fields that now invade our environment and our bodies, the full complications of which are still unknown.

The BrodPod is worn as a wrist bracelet for people and as a collar attachment for dogs.

The deterioration of the earth's magnetic fields inspired Nigel Broderick's research into the effect magnetic fields have on living cells (See Geomagnetics).

He concluded that our natural magnetic environment played a key role in the development and support of living cells and by countering the changes that are occurring in the earth's fields a positive contribution could be made to general health and wellbeing.

Electromagnetic fields have been used in the medical world for many years to help with a variety of conditions including pain relief. The problem has always been that because an electromagnetic field requires power it has not been suitable or practical for prolonged or mobile use.

Recognising the problem Nigel researched the use of static magnetic fields and was succesful in designing one that simulated a pulsed field through the bloodstream without the use of electrical power.

His invention of the unique central reversed polarity magnetic field was applied to a magnotherapy product that has since become the world's leading product of its type and is now marketed by Ecoflow PLC under the brand name Bioflow (See Medical).

Nigel retired from business, but 'a flash of inspiration', as he puts it, encouraged him to get back to the drawing board to develop a significant improvement on his original design.

Now, just a few years after the groundbreaking clinical trial of his original invention he believes he has developed the ultimate biophysical magnetic catalyst which he calls the BrodPod, a revolutionary design providing superior performance over the previous central reverse polarity.

Blood travels though up to three fields and subjects electrons in the blood to a reversal of poles providing a 'pulsing effect'. It is this pulsing effect combined with the magnetic strength that is essential for the product to be effective. However, due to the circular design it is only the blood that passes through the centre of the field that receives the full benefit. The remainder is subjected to a variable frequency and blood that does not pass through the small central field does not receive any pulsing effect. Despite this the design has been sufficient to make it the world's leading and most efficient magnotherapy product, but is now improved by the revolutionary BrodPod.

The new BrodPod magnet chip uses a revolutionary 'super magnet' material to produce a series of parallel alternating poles that mimic the earth's natural magnetic frequency. This new design, combined with the performance of the super magnets, ensures that when worn as a bracelet all of the blood passing through the wrist is subjected to the pulsing effect, not just a part of it which was the issue with the Bioflow design.
